On 29 June 2016 the 10th XING capital markets colloquium was held in Hamburg. The location Apartimentum is known as Germany’s smartest home. XING founder Lars Hinrichs has built this luxury apartment house with the latest IT devices such as connected home appliances or 10 Gbit Internet. With almost 140 guests the event was well attended.

The first lecture was held by Prof. Dr. Gregor Dorfleitner (University of Regensburg). He presented a scientific analysis of the performance of global healthcare stocks in the period from 2000 to 2015. The second presentation was given by Lars Hinrichs. He gave an insights into the “5th dimension of living”. After hotel, boarding-house, rent and property, he built a new offer which is an all-in service for tenants with highest demands. It combines the luxury that one would consider only as the owner of the house with a flat rate.
