Rolf Richter has left the Supervisory Board for personal reasons, effective at the end of 2014. He had supported the company as a member of the Supervisory Board since our establishment and has contributed significantly to our successful development. Franz Baur has now been appointed to the Supervisory Board. He has extensive experience in the field of financial technology and banks. Franz Baur had been Chief Technology Officer at HypoVereinsbank (Unicredit) and Cortal Consors (BNP Paribas). Werner Engelhardt was also elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
